Our tipper truck bodies are unique in many ways. We are the only manufacturer in Victoria to make the whole tipper body from 450 wear-plate. We use Bisalloy for all body components. This includes the front wall, the tarp protector, the side rails, and rear gate. This is a very important as the gate is the most crucial component of your truck body.

All joins in our tipper bodies are FULLY WELDED along the entire length. This is the key of the strength in the body. This is very rare in the industry as tack welds are quick and easy for manufacture.

This however makes your body weak and cause unwanted deformation over time tack welds will crack due to deflection and cause more damage to your body. A fully welded body is STRONGER and BETTER.

Our hydraulic and pneumatic systems use quality components which are all made for the Australian market and to Australian standards. We guarantee out workmanship, and if the unfortunate happens we will repair it the same day.

Our bodies are uniquely designed, and tested using state-of-the-art FEA software, to predict and eliminate failure due to stress and fatigue over millions of duty cycles. This is done by our mechanical engineers in house.

When you buy a WOLVEN tipper body, it is loaded with lots of options. You can choose your Towbar type, your tarp colour or stop lights style. We can also custom make the body to your desired size.

Each of our tipper bodies is undercoated, and finished with two coats of quality German 2-Pack paint. You can choose the colour of your choice or have it colour-matched to the cabin. This is done in our in-house paint booth insuring the quality long lasting shine of your truck body.
